7 DAYS ITINERARY: GORILLA AND SAFARI ADVENTURE TOUR

Day 01: Arrival To Entebbe/ Kampala

Warm welcome on arrival and transfer to hotel/lodge (Bed and breakfast)

Distance & time (approx.): 8km (10min) to Entebbe town and 40 km to Kampala (1hour)
Overnight: Hotel of choice in Entebbe or Kampala

Day 02: Kampala -Bwindi National Park

Drive westwards to Bwindi Forest National Park. (Full board)

Distance & time (approx.):440 km (7-8 hrs)
Overnight: Kitandara Luxury Tented Camp (Buhoma) or Gorilla Safari Lodge (standard)
Activity: Nil
Animals: some primates and a variety of birds

Day 03: Gorilla Tracking

Mountain Gorilla tracking in the Impenetrable Forest of Bwindi NP.(Full board)

Distance & time (approx.): varies with the location of the mountain gorillas
Overnight: Kitandara Luxury Tented Camp (Buhoma) or Gorilla Safari Lodge (standard)
Activity: Mountain Gorilla tracking
Animals: Gorillas, some primates, baboons, some mammals, some reptiles and a variety of birds plus different tree species

Day 04: Drive To Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP via the Ishasha sector. (Full board)

Distance & time (approx.): 340km (5-7 hrs.)
Overnight: Bush Lodge
Activity: Game drive in Ishasha sector, Queen Elizabeth NP
Animals: some primates, lions, spotted hyenas, leopards, elephants, Topis, buffaloes, kobs, baboons, antelopes, some reptiles and a variety of birds

Day 05 : Boat Cruise With MV Kazinga

Game-drive in Kasenyi and evening boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel in MV kazinga boat (Full board)

Overnight: Bush Lodge
Activity: Game drives & boat ride
Animals: some primates, lions, spotted hyenas, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, kobs, baboons, warthogs, forest hog, hippopotamuses, crocodiles, some reptiles and a variety of birds

Day 06 : DRive To Kibaale National Park

Early transfer to Kibale Forest NP. Afternoon chimpanzee tracking (Full board)

Distance & time (approx.): 211km (4-5hrs)

Overnight: Kibale Forest Camp
Activity: Chimpanzee tracking
Animals: chimpanzees, various primates, elephants, buffaloes, baboons, antelopes, some reptiles and a variety of birds plus a variety of trees & shrubs

Day 06 :Baxk To Kampala

Shopping in Kampala City or Entebbe. Flight back home (Half board)

Distance & time (approx.): 402km (6hrs) from Ebb and 368km from Kampala (5hour)
Overnight: Nil
Activity: Shopping
